MODDIS on PanelFoundry

PanelFoundry's Phase 1 features: what each one does, what it means for Modutec's engineers, estimators and distributors, and how far along it is. Below them are the journey from the MODDIS catalogue to a distributor's quotation, the work stage by stage, and the task list between Modutec and PanelFoundry. It is built on the points Mr. Ramani and the team raised in our meetings.

The customer journey, end to end

From Modutec's catalogue to the quotation a distributor hands its customer. Each step names the stage that delivers it and where that stage stands. Automatic layout from the single-line comes in a later phase, as agreed in our meetings.

Tasks between Modutec and PanelFoundry

What we need from Modutec, in the depth Mr. Ramani asked for on 15 October, and what PanelFoundry owes Modutec: an owner, a co-owner, a target and remarks for each task. On Modutec's tasks the target is the date PanelFoundry needs the item by, until Rakesh's own task list confirms or moves it; on PanelFoundry's it is the date we deliver by. None of Modutec's tasks stops the work: until each arrives, PanelFoundry says plainly what is waiting on Modutec, and design carries on.
